HOW CAN WE MOVE FORWARD AND BOOK SUGARPUF?
After filling out our booking form, you will be sent a 50% deposit invoice to secure your date. (Full payment is required for corporate bookings and for any last minute private booking made - less than 3 weeks away). The balance is then due around 2 weeks before your event. Please note your date is not secured until a deposit/full payment has been made.

CAN WE BRAND EVERYTHING WITH OUR LOGO?
Yes, some elements can be branded and personalised, please enquire for more details.

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT?
Yes we currently offer a 10% discount if more than one service is booked, this doesn’t include travel costs and additional hours. Any further discounts will be at our discretion.

QUOTES AND INVOICES?
Both quotes and invoices are valid for 5 working days (OCT-MAR) and 48 hours (APR-SEP) if this time has passed, please check again for availability as your date may have been given to someone else. Sometimes we send a courtesy email to see if you’re still interested before giving your date to stehe next client, but please understand, we cannot always do this at busy times.

ARE YOUR CATERING CARTS MANNED?
All of our machines and carts are manned for the entirety of your event. This is for insurance purposes. The only exception is the sweet cart as this service is a help yourself.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
We are based in South London and have traveled as far as Leicester, Bath and even South if France. We offer a complimentary 10 mile travel radius and 45p per mile after that; this is to cover fuel. If your event is within the congestion zone or we have to travel through it or through the London tunnels, the cost of this will also be added to your invoice. Please let us know if parking will be available/provided, this will also be added to your invoice if not provided.
